Certificate III – Individual Support (Ageing)
This qualification addresses work primarily in residential facilities under regular supervision within clearly defined organisational guidelines and service plans.
The training program includes:
Face to face classroom tuition and SIM Lab practicals
On the job clinical work experience
Full learning support
TripleCN Nursing agency will arrange and organise 120 hours of work experience, which will be conducted over 3 – 4 weeks with an accredited health care provider. It may be in a hospital, medical centre, aged care facility, or community organisation. Many students will be offered employment during their on the job training.

On successful completion of this course, a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) will be awarded.
Students are offered an interview with TripleCN at the successful completion of their qualification and may be offered casual employment based on their employability skills.

In order to gain the certificate, 13 units must be completed for this qualification – 7 compulsory units, and 6 elective units.
