Certificate III – Individual Support (Home and Community)
This qualification addresses work in client homes and other community settings under regular supervision within clearly defined organisational guidelines and service plans.
The training program includes:
Face to face classroom tuition.
On the job clinical work experience.
Full learning support.
TripleCN Nursing Agency will arrange and organise home and community work experience, which will be conducted over 3 – 4 days with an accredited health care provider. It may be in a hospital, aged care facility, or community organisation. Many students will be offered employment during their on the job training.
Students are offered an interview with TripleCN at the successful completion of their qualification, and may be offered casual employment based on their employability skills.

In order to gain the certificate, 11 units must be completed for this qualification – 7 compulsory units, and 4 elective units.
