“I needed a change of career from my Veterinary Nursing background and more recently owner/operator of a mobile dog grooming business, when talking to Jocelyn from Triple CN I decided to become an Assistant in Nursing, Aged care and Home and Community Care. Through my pervious employment I had come to realise that I enjoyed working with people and helping others. I like to make a difference in the lives of others.

I enrolled in a dual qualification of Certificate III in Aged Care and Home and Community Care. It had been quite a while since I had done any study, especially in a totally new direction. Studying on line gave me the flexibility I needed whilst still operating my mobile dog grooming business. Lea Rigney, my trainer was extremely helpful with all my questions and was always happy to point me in the right direction. I always felt help was only a phone call, text or email away.

Triple CN and Lea organised my 120 hours of work placement, in a facility she thought would suit me personally, this was at St Francis Eleebana, which I enjoyed immensely and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. After achieving all of my competencies, the staff at Triple CN were also invaluable when it came time to apply for any paid employment, interviews and even helping with my resume, just to make sure I had the best possible chance of landing employment.

I really felt that at any time if I had any concerns any of the staff would be able to assist me. With all of their years of experience in the industry, they certainly know what is required to have a successful career in aged care and home and community care.
I have recently gained a contract of 40 hours per fortnight at McIntosh Court Booragul, this was my first interview and I was successful gaining one of the three positions advertised. I had just finished my work placement, I am learning a lot in my new job and I am very happy I now have a new career.

If you are looking for a career change and thinking about any number of courses available in the Aged care and or home and community care, give the staff at Triple CN a call and they can assist you in making the change possible.”

“When I was looking for a career change I came across TripleCN and Lea Rigney. I hadn’t studied in 13 years since I left school so it was all new to me again. I had the full support of Lea and she was always willing to help no matter what time of day/night it was. Since doing my placement I have learnt that this is what I have wanted to do and I’ve finally done it. Certificate 3 in Acute care is an awesome course and I recommend TripleCN and Lea Rigney very highly. I wouldn’t be in this position without this wonderful company and amazing trainer. “

Since my children are all at school now and more independent i started to think about what I wanted to do with my life and decided on AIN in acute care. Tafe wouldn’t be flexible enough for me with my own business and 3 children at school so I needed an online flexible course.

I found Triple CN in Cardiff and they were everything i was needing, an online course with 24/7 support. The trainer Lea is amazing she is encouraging and supportive and has guided me through the whole process. I completed all my modules in 2 months and my clinical placement begun at Hawkins Aged Care where the staff were amazing.

I then went onto Maitland Private Hospital to finish my hours in the medical ward where i learnt so much from the wonderful staff there and finally in theatre which was my ultimate goal and am proud to say i am now employed there. I couldn’t have achieved all this without Lea from Triple CN’s support I owe her my career which i am so very happy with.”

The certificate III in Individual Support was the best course I’ve done . I’ve done many courses that didn’t lead to employment even though I was told it would. So yes I was skeptical at first though I enrolled anyway, and I am so glad I did – I wish I had enrolled sooner .
Once my placement was finished I handed in my resume and application form in hope that I’d at least get a interview and guess what I did and was successful.
I can look forward to my future as a AIN all thanks to the triple C N Nursing staff and Aspire Training staff I will be forever grateful thank you for your support throughout the course I really appreciate everything you all have done for me.

In June 2014, I decided that I needed to redirect my life and venture into a new and completely different career. As the months went by, I researched many different careers that would take me away from the well known desk job. In November 2014,

I was adamant that I wanted to become a nurse, and with this, my decision led me to Lea Rigney at TripleCN. Lea guided me to the right course (Health Services ‘Acute Care’ Certificate III) and also provided ongoing guidance and support over the term of my training.

In June 2015 I commenced my work placement that led to me achieving my qualification as an Assistant In Nursing (AIN) in Health Services. Lea and the team at TripleCN has provided the highest grade of guidance and support that I have experienced from any training organisation, and on all this it was a privilege to be once a student, thank you Lea and the TripleCN team.”

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at TripleCN.

When enquiring about the course I was quite nervous but was welcomed with warm arms and felt at ease with every step of the enrollment process.
All the trainer’s were fun, professional and had some great stories and experiences to share.
When it came to placement I was very confident and did not have any trouble at all thanks to the help of the simulation labs! Many of the staff as well as residents/residents family’s were impressed with my skills and encouraged me to apply for a job.
I applied and received an interview, TripleCN even made me more than ready for the interview, throughout all the questions and answers I felt extremely prepared and received praise all throughout.
Today I received a phone call to say I have the job and am to start on Monday!
I am one step closer to my goals of becoming a registered nurse and have gained skills, knowledge and a foot in the health care door. I cannot thank you all enough!

“Studying for my Cert III in Aged Care with Triple CN has given me a new outlook on where I see myself in the future. The educators and admin staff were approachable and very helpful. The classes were interesting, fun and informative given by people who have been, and still are, involved and hands on in the area. I would highly recommend Triple CN to anyone interested in bettering themselves and learning from experienced people!”

Certificate III in Aged Care
April 2016

I recently graduated from Triple CN Nursing Agency and Training and Aspire Training & Development in doing my Certificate III in Assistant in Nursing in Aged Care (Cert III in Individual Support – Ageing). After deciding that after 31 years in the same job I needed a change – and what a change it was…… I would always second guess myself as to is that right or wrong in what I was doing…… – but when I started the course I was helped and encouraged by the great staff and classmates. Nothing was ever a problem, no question was treated as trivial or silly……

My experience with Triple CN Nursing and Aspire Training & Development was awesome !! I can’t thank the staff and the amazing classmates for their support on my new career path…. You guys are fantastic and I highly recommend the Agency to anyone looking for a satisfying career.

What an amazing experience I had with the Triple CN and Aspire team, I totally recommend studying with them.

It was quite a big thing for me to enrol on the Cert III Individual Support course, not having studied for quite some time and not having done this nature of work before.

It was quite scary at first, but it turns out it was one of the best decisions I have made.

From my initial phone call with Anthony (aka ‘the man upstairs’ lol), getting through the course (when I had my meltdown moments – thank you Glody), getting through the experience of placement with invaluable support from you guys, and then celebrating our Graduation with you guys and the other amazing students…. the whole experience has made me a better, more confident and compassionate person and I would like to thank you guys for guiding me through it.

I have never come across a more supportive, dedicated, helpful and really beautiful bunch of people, who are the Triple CN and Aspire team.

I am so excited about what the future holds as I take this amazing experience with me.

Thanks a million guys!
